These classes are an invitation to return home to yourself
through movement, breath, and stillness.


All levels are welcome.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll be guided with care. All you need is a mat, a quiet corner, and the willingness to show up for yourself.


We meet on Zoom each week to move with intention, to listen inward, and to flow with presence. Each session weaves together meditation, breathwork, and Vinyasa Flow—creating space not just in the body, but also in the heart and mind.

A gentle yet awakening flow to start your day with clarity and grounded energy.
Reconnect to your body, breath, and intuition before the day begins.

Thursday Evening Practice

Time: 6:30–7:30 p.m. CET (60 minutes)
Format: Live via Zoom

A grounding evening session to unwind, release tension, and return to balanceThis practice supports you in letting go of the day and reconnecting to yourself.

4-class pass: €48 (valid for 6 weeks — no extensions)

Sunday Weekend Practice

Time: 10:00–11:00 a.m. CET (60 minutes)
Format: Live via Zoom

A deeper, slower practice to realign body, mind, and spirit — the perfect way to begin your Sunday with intention and space.

Pricing:
Drop-in: €14

4-class pass: €48 (valid for 6 weeks — no extensions)

4-Week Unlimited Pass

If you’d like to join all three classes regularly, this pass gives you full access to every session for four consecutive weeks.

All classes must be used within this 4-week period — no extensions if you miss a class.
