YOGA WITH ME
My yoga classes are rooted in intelligent, breath-led movement—guided by over 20 years of dedicated personal practice and teaching experience.
I offer a grounded,
creative approach to vinyasa flow, with classes that focus on building strength, flexibility, and awareness through mindful, well-structured sequences. The breath is our anchor, helping us move with purpose and presence. While each class varies, the intention is always the same: to create space in the body, clarity in the mind, and connection to yourself.
Classes are open to all levels—whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I work with people of all backgrounds, ages, and experiences, always adapting the practice to meet you where you are.
In one-to-one sessions, the focus is entirely on you. These private classes are shaped around your specific needs, goals, and any areas you’d like to explore—whether that’s recovering from injury, gaining confidence in movement, building consistency, or deepening your understanding of the practice.
Private sessions are available in-person in Athens or online via Zoom. The online format works surprisingly well, and I’ve received wonderful feedback from people around the world who found online sessions to be just as personal, effective, and supportive.
