SOMATIC HEALING SESSIONS
Coming home to the wisdom of your body
Each session is unique and intuitive—guided by what you bring, what you’re holding, and what you’re ready to release. We may move, breathe, shake, rest, explore sound, or drop into deep stillness. Nothing is forced. You don’t need to know what to do. Your body already does.
These sessions were born from a journey—my own.
After years of practicing and teaching structured forms of yoga, I found myself meeting something deeper. Injury, fatigue, and life itself began asking me to listen in a new way. To soften. To slow down. To feel. I began to shift from pushing my body into shapes… to listening for what my body needed. Movement stopped being something I performed—and became something I experienced from the inside out.
This is the heart of my somatic healing work: a space to reconnect with the intelligence of your body, to move beyond form and into feeling, and to begin restoring the parts of you that have been silenced, held back, or forgotten.
These sessions are particularly supportive if you are:
✓ Navigating a transition or period of emotional intensity
✓ Holding onto stress, anger, grief, or trauma in the body
✓ Feeling disconnected, numb, or out of touch with your intuition
✓ Longing to feel more grounded, safe, and present
✓ Ready to explore movement beyond rules and expectations
We work through the body—but the effects ripple far beyond. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected, and more themselves than they have in a long time.
You are welcome exactly as you are. There is no right way to show up.
Somatic Healing Sessions are available in person in Athens or online via Zoom. The online format works beautifully—I’ve received deep, heartfelt feedback from people around the world who felt fully seen and supported, even through the screen.
Practical Details
Each session is 90 minutes, and includes a short phone call, Zoom chat, or email beforehand to check in—this helps us set an intention or gently explore what you’d like to work with in the session. That said, many people arrive without knowing what they need—and that’s more than welcome. The work will unfold exactly as it needs to.
